We wish you a happy 2020

Posted on 6th January 2020

Sustaining our spirits will become increasingly important as we cope with changes and concerns.  FiOP’s focus will continue to be on making spiritual care matter to us as individuals and for those for whom we care.  We will continue to educate, to increase understanding, and to provide some practical tools for people to use.

The themes we have pursued over the past few years of loneliness and isolation, supporting people with dementia, ageing and spirituality will continue but we also want to develop strands around mental health and older people and older people in the prison service.

The small team is up for the challenges and we are very appreciative of our supportive and engaged Board members and our experienced group of associates who bring so much knowledge and enthusiasm to our work.

I have no doubt that 2020 will be as active and stimulating as 2019.  We always welcome ideas and feedback on our work.

Help us to move forward by becoming a Friend of FiOP – for more information please contact us at office by email info@fiop.org.uk or telephone 0131 346 7981.
